Now I have installed Max7, all max patches open with max 7 and I cannot set the opening app of .maxpat to Max6 anymore. It is not correct to force user to open their patches with Max 7. Users should be able to decide what kind of file they want to open with what app. I have not bought Max yet and most of my patch use third party libraries which are not available in Max 7. Among all my patches, many use third party libs not available in max7
