A website I made, http://eth.jantomza.com/, streams cryptocurrency market data as music, converting exchange api data through a simple maxmsp patch. 

I'm currently using oggtx~, but that does not work in safari. 

Shoutcast would do the trick, but its creator no longer hosts it.

It seems impossible that nobody on here has dealt with this issue.. 

Maybe there are workarounds I've missed? Relays that convert the stream to mpeg?

Hi, got the same issue here, using Olaf's oggcast~ works great but Safari broken ogg support is a big problem. If shoutcast~ pop up on the surface, i'ld be very happy to get a copy ;)
