    If you haven’t submitted a report to technical support, use this form. If you have submitted a form already, then you will get a response from technical support.

    Sales Support

    How do I cancel or change my subscription? How do I update the billing address on my subscription?

    There are two options:

    • Within the Max 7 application: Go to Help > User Account and Licenses. Next, click on "Review/Cancel Subscription". You can either "Edit Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription". If you choose to edit, you can change the Payment Method or Billing Address.
    • From "Your Order" email: Click on the link below the subscription item you ordered. You can either "Edit Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription". If you choose to edit, you can change the Payment Method or Billing Address.
    Is Max 8 coming in 2018?

    Yes. We have not formally announced the features, yet, but you can sign up here to learn more.

    Max 7 purchases after November 2, 2017 will include a free upgrade to Max 8.
