Using the object is like a scale object for jitter matrices. It maps input values to output values based on the range specified by the @map attribute. Like scale, it uses two values for input low and high values and two for output low and high. works with all types and planecounts, but uses floating point arguments for the map regardless of type. Using on pixel data is one way to manipulate the color of an image and can be an interesting alternative to using jit.brcosa. Disabling the @clip attribute allows for very novel effects.
