using Gen to drive poly FM Synth (MC objects)

Hello everyone,

My first post on the max forum, been lurking and searching for a while on this beautiful forum, but finally I have decided to ask some questions here. Specifically, I am now working again in Gen~ out of Generating Sound.. and diving into the chapter Stepping in Time and Space. As well as that I am looking at designing FM poly synths online, and following some tutorials, but my next question, is how would some of you combine lets say the "sequencers" or drivers in the Gen book with this synth? I attached my example below to be more specific. I'm sure there are some direct answers but Gen is a very new thing and indeed one thing in reading this book is for me figuring out the transfer of Gen into other things in Max like this poly synth.
