Coll , adding index to huge list

I've made an editor for my integra in pure data and the collection of waveforms is about 1000 entries in the text edit define ( which is pure data equivalent of coll )

Copy -pasting the text file obviously does not enter the index numbers in Coll .

Is there some kind of batch procedure that does this automatically ?

Ever ndex shoudl start with a number

2,

3, etc,,
