plot~ : rotate 90º OR change X-values instead of Y-values

Hi,
Advance apologies if this is a dumb question, but a reasonable amount of time searching has not revealed a solution.

Is there a way to rotate the display of a plot~ object so that the values I'm sending are plotted as the x-values instead of the y-values?
