Problems to reactivate max 8 permanent license on my Mac!

Hello

I have a project running with max 8 installed on a Mac mini 10.14.6.

I have opened the project and max ask me to authorize max on this machine. For the first time, I can't access to max authorization from max window trying to open the window. I'm wondering if my computer isn't to "old" now to let max to be connected to the authorization process.

Is anyone knows why?
