RNBO new list preset storage in m4l not working

Hi

I try to finish a RNBO patch which works fine in Max as well as AU export as m4l version. The problem is that presets which rely on the newer RNBO features of list.reg and list.storage to store lists by setting @preset to 1 don´t get stored.

I tried to isolate the problem with this patch. It works as expected if I open this in max: I select the RNBO object and can store/recall snapshots.

shouldn´t this work in Live in the same way?
