Simple Track Renamer

There seem to be a lot of complicated rename track tools out there.

I am trying to make a device that simply lets you type in a box and click a button and the track that is loaded on will be renamed to whatever text you typed in the box

I don't need to rename clips

I don't need to rename multiple tracks

I don't need to append a sequence name or anything

Just a simple M4L device that I type into to rename the track

I've tried everything I can find

Any help would be so appreciated!
