The Rpi 4B I am using does not show in the target export window. I manually added the address of the pi, but it still shows it as not connected. Wireless connection is otherwise working on the pi.

Other things I've tried to troubleshoot this issue:

Verify connection: I verified everything is correct in setup from the tutorial. Username is pi, hostname is unchanged, updated through terminal. I can SSH into the pi from my laptop and send and receive files, etc. 

Updates and installing dependencies:  I suspect it might have something to do with the way the raspberry is configured. I ran into an error for "sudo apt-get install jack_transport_link rnbo-runner-panel," which gives the error: 

"E: Unable to locate package jack_transport_link

E: Unable to locate package rnbo-runner-panel"

I have used "sudo apt-get install" as well as "sudo apt update | sudo apt upgrade" and rebooted the pi. I'm at a loss. If anyone can tell me why the pi will not show up on the target window, that would be amazing. I have puzzled over this for several days.

I'm trying to figure out the issue with the parameters of the RNBO subpatchers always showing up and breaking the automation of the parameters from the main patch. I'm using a subpatcher for polyphony inside the main RNBO patch, something like this:

However, when I compile my JUCE plugin, there's always a "someparam" and "poly/someparam" parameters tied to a single Slider object, which are fighting with each other for automation values, thus, breaking the automation.

Am I missing something regarding this issue?

If you compare the 'Forbidden Planet' example in Max (Menu: help>examples>fft-fun>forbidden-planet) with its RNBO corollate:

You can hear that they sound quite different.

This difference becomes extremely pronounced if you plug a sample into each patch (I used 'Cherokee').

The Max version sounds as expected (a narrow bandpass filter bank), but the RNBO version sounds distorted, non-linear and noisy when the sample is played through it.

Can anyone else reproduce this behaviour?

Has anyone successfully transmitted audio and MIDI over USB to a host computer while running an RNBO patch on a Raspberry Pi? I think audio USB gadget mode and MIDI USB gadget mode would be necessary for it.

I couldn't find any documentation about this on Cycling '74's site.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I've been reading over RNBO and developing some intuition for how it can be used effectively for a real-time application which uses miniaudio as its audio engine (but SoLoud is another option).  (exported a while ago) -> The DLL compiles perfectly, and the module works in HISE. However, when I try to import and compile a 

 (specifically the Cycling '74 Git Pedals example, but also simple new tests), the compilation fails.

 The batch compile process fails. When checking the build in Xcode/Terminal, the error occurs during the compilation of 

. It seems like the linkage between HISE and the generated RNBO code is broken for these new exports.

 Since my old exports work but the new ones fail with the exact same HISE setup: Are there any specific new checkboxes in the RNBO Export settings that I might be missing? Or does HISE require a specific setting for newer RNBO versions (e.g. regarding Mono/Stereo channel counts or vector sizes)?
