This video covers my process for programming the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor into Max for an interactive video installation, in which I use 3D models I've made in Blender. I also explain my concept and themes on ego and narcissism in cyberspace, something I've often explored in my work. Programming the Arduino into the Max patcher was a challenging, but fun process to play with distance and proximity upon interaction.
