Vavdo S is a free software "modular" synthesizer . It's designed for the Vavdo A2 osc/midi controller but If you like, you can setup your own osc/midi controller or use it from it's GUI. The current version includes four different synth modules auto-mapped to Vavdo's A 6 knobs and 5 buttons.The synths for the first version are: Subtractive bands (two parallel filters), Subtractive LFO (multi-modulated filter), Subtractive LFOcat (linked multi-modulated filters) and Tape Players (two audio loop players).Vavdo S is made with Max 6, and is available as standalone application for Mac OSX (10.6+)

Inspired by the mini brute, this monophonic synth has all the characteristics of classic and modern analogue synths, including timbres outside traditional synthesis.

ZEPHIR is an additive and subtractive digital synthesizer with four oscillators, two LFO and one FM. It has three effects, a chorus, a delay and a reverb that you can send individually to the oscillators. The two LFOs have 12 ports, each on for a different parameter of the synth.

It has also a sampling rate controller for reducing the sampling frequency ratio and the number of bits used to quantize the audio signal.

It was fully developed with Max/MSP. The interface uses some Javascript to animate the faders. The whole synth is inspired by the Max language and every part of it it was possible thanks to great features that Max provides. Moreover it was perfectly compatible for Ableton in Max for Live.
