Macbook Keyboard is a useful little abstraction for the convenient use of receiving keyboard messages. Having to used the 'key', 'keyup', and other related objects such as 'select' within your patch multiple times is time-consuming, inefficient and messy. Opening 'macbookkeyboard' from it's collective incarnation, or including it as an object in your patch, allows you to use a simple 'receive' or 'r' object anywhere in your patch to receive a keyboard event.
