looks like you didn't install net.loadbang.web properly. don't know about your terminal problem without more info.

When it tries to open the local host page i get this error screen:

looks as if the JSP part of jetty/ net.loadbang.web doesn't work on windows. You could try asking Nick Rothwell if he knows a solution
