Press Release: Cycling ’74 Celebrates Max Milestone with New Microsite
1000th Project Website Dedicated to User Projects
San Francisco, CA • September 1, 2015—Cycling ’74 released a new microsite today to celebrate the first 1000 projects that 662 different individuals have contributed over the past six years. The site can be found at https://cycling74.com/1000-max-projects/. On it, everyone—not just Max users—can discover the huge variety of projects available, browse favorites of Cycling ‘74 employees, and learn some fun facts about the collection.
“This milestone is evidence of my favorite thing about the community that’s developed around Max—it's all about sharing. Max users not only share their work but help each other with projects through collaboration and discussion.” said Lilli Wessling Hart, Cycling ’74’s Director of Communications.
The Community gallery of the cycling74.com website grows daily and accepts all Max-related submissions. Max version 7, released in November 2014, makes it easier than ever to get into the software with interactive lessons and a streamlined drag-and-drop interface, so new users can start making their own projects.
