Sorry for the negative response, but although I really enjoy Max for Live I think its kinda odd to publish stuff which can't even be read for free.
Its not just because I don't like it, I also honestly think this gives out a bad signal towards people who are merely interested in M4L, end up on your website only to discover that they need to pay in order to read an article. IMO a bit like Steinberg's Cubase demo where you actually have to *pay* them to get an USB dongle before you can demo it. Its a personal opinion, but I think that is one lousy demo from a company who wants your money as soon as they can get it.
I'm well aware that its not you (Cycling '74) which does the charging for this article and that the article itself seemingly provides all big topics without the detailed talk. But that's guessing on my part.
Oh well, just my 2 cents :-)
