Arts and Creative Technology Classes on Kadenze

We are very excited today to announce our industry partnership with Kadenze, an arts & creative technology-focused MOOC (Massive Online Open Course) platform. Kadenze will be offering the course Programming MAX: Structuring Interactive Software for Digital Arts by Dr. Matt Wright, featuring a guest appearance by our very own David Zicarelli. Matt has an extensive background in the media arts as a system designer, composer/musician and computer music researcher and educator.

Along with this Max-based course, there are some other offerings from Kadenze that you might find interesting, including Loop: Repetition and Variation in Music, Physics-Based Sound Synthesis for Games and Interactive Systems and Careers in Media Technology. Our partnership with Kadenze provides an opportunity to expand your knowledge of Max; we hope that this partnership will lead to more opportunities for Max users in the future.
