outlet vs. outletHigh overloading

MaxObject.outlet() is overloaded with int*Atom and int*atom[], where
the latter calls the former for an Atom array of length 1.

MaxObject.outletHigh() doesn't have the int*Atom overloading. As a
side-effect, it also seems to generate lists of length 1, since it
doesn't do the same delegation as outlet().
