I'm currently trying to design a user study as part of my Masters program. The study will capture EEG data using the Neuroelectronics Enobio 8-Channel EEG headset. Audio stimuli will be triggered within Max/MSP at randomised intervals. In order to make use of the EEG data I need to send markers to the Enobio's packaged NIC software using LSL (Lab Streaming Layer) every time Max/MSP triggers a sound. Unfortunately my programming leaves an awful lot to be desired and I'm unsure how to get LSL working within Max/MSP. LSL can work using Java so I think it is likely that it can be done without too much difficulty if one knows what they are doing.

Can anyone with Java programming experience help me to implement LSL within Max/MSP?
