The exhibition Intra Laterna Magica at the museum de Lakenhal in Leiden contains two installations. The Laterna Magica, the visual projector from the 18th century is transformed into a modern medium. An installation in which vistors could control the 18th century slides with their movement. And an installation in which visitors become a part of the painted slides and could control the virtual attributes (see video).

The systems were made entirely in max; camera tracking, keying and OpenGL.
