FWIW: For me the wave type selectors are blank in the "1: wave Main,Sub menus". I'm using Live 8.2.2. w/5.1.8 of M4L.

Thanks for the bug report. It should be fixed now. I had to add the pictures explicitly as a dependency as Max wasn't including them!
