mike.aha

mike.aha is an aleatoric human aggregator built with Max.

mike is designed to ingest large quantities of public domain source media (sound, music, speech, image, video and text) and recombine it aleatorically based on a few simple parameters: intensity, density, repetition, focus, and space. The results are funny, alarming, and often accidentally profound.

Using the mike.aha Max patch, a human user direct mike to any source material desired and immediately create immersive audiovisual collages on the fly. mike comes in handy as a process tool: you can automate your brainstorming and vision-boarding, freeing the inputs to meld in a myriad of unpredictable ways.

Great patch Andrew, thanks! I noticed it says for Mac OSX on your site but I downloaded it anyway, just to see what you have made and I'm happy to report that it also works just fine with Windows 10.

Cheers

Paul
