Release Notes

RNBO Move Takeover does not require an installation of Max or RNBO to run and edit graphs on the device, however Max 9.1.3+ and RNBO 1.4.4+ are required for development, authoring and exporting of patches.

Changelog

Runner: 1.4.4-9

  • fixed bug where graph save as loses param views
  • check the runner changelog for more details

Takeover UI: 0.1.0-beta.33

  • added 4 additional, optional, arguments to /rnboctl/show/userview/display
    • allowing for any param view and param view page to overlay any user view
    • allowing for takeover of jog wheel and back button
    • /rnboctl/show/userview/display <index> [<paramview>] [<paramviewpage>] [<takeoverjog>] [<takeoverback>] - display user view at index
      • if you supply a paramview index the view will be shown with that param view overlayed, you can also specify the page
      • if you supply -1 for paramview, you'll get the param
view overlay indicated for the userview in its meta entry.
paramviewpage will select the page in that param view
      • if you supply -2 for paramview you will have no overlay and encoder values will pass thru to user patchers. paramviewpage is ignored
      • if you supply a non zero (or boolean T) value for takeoverjog and/or
takeoverback you can take over the jog wheel or back button and those
values will be sent to RNBO patchers and will not alter the UI directly
      • you can use the new power menu item Go To Menu to restore your control if your patcher doesn't give it back to you.

Web UI: 2.3.3
