• This form is ONLY for schools. All others: Contact Support
• A valid email address is required.
• To authorize Max 5 and 6 on keyserver, you must provide the serial numbers you wish to add to the keyserver.
• To authorize Max 7 and 8 on keyserver, you do not have to provide serial numbers.
