a few questions about sfizz~ : float midipitch, panic, read/replace .sfz

A few questions about fizz~

First, fizz is a great way to create easy midi sampler a little like good old fluidsynth~ but within max standard environnement. Thanks for that.

1 ) is there a way to use floating numbers for midi pitch (without using scala format), or could there be an option to automatically turn on a midicent scale using midifloats ?

2 ) Is there a way to completely shut all hanging notes even when the soundfont has been modified. Flush or uzi all notes off doesn't always work.

3) Sometimes, reading a new .sfz soundfont does not stop the formerly opened one. Is there a way to replace it or to empty sfizz~ from all formerly opened .sfz soundfonts ?
