A-Format vs. B-Format
Hello all,
I am trying to learn - reading the documents available on the internet - a bit more in depth how reverberation is simulated in the Ambisonics spatialization. I am currently reading a document of the Ambisonics symposium at IEM during 2009 where are briefly explained all the different steps to obtain a good reverberation effect.
First of all, a conversion from B-Format to A-Format has been mentioned. What does it mean? Can you suggest me other documents or, anyway, other material where this conversion is more in depth explained? I tried to look for something through a simple search on Google but the results are not so clear, personally.
Thanks in advance.
Greetings.
