Is anyone using Max on Linux (through Wine or otherwise)? Can someone let me know what the state of this is?

Some information would be really appreciated :-)

There are a lots of threads here about that issue here in forum. Look for them!!! In short: Not possible. One obstacle in the past that was PACE/iLok. This has been gone now. But I still doubt it'll ever work to a sufficient extend. Not even much simpler applications such as MS Word are really stable and fully functional under wine. And Word doesn't even interfere deeply with things like audio drivers, not to mention GPU/OpenGL.

Anyone using Max on Linux?
