Does anyone know of a way to read incoming audio and convert that to pitch data to then output that as Control Voltage via Ableton 10.x

I have found various Max4Live modules that handle parts of this equation, such as 'Helmholtz'

But i cannot figure out how to map / export that pitch data to a CV output

I have experimented with various tools included in Ableton's CV tools for Live 10. and am able to get some CV signals sent, via this process.. but mapping the pitch 1:1 from the Helmholtz or similar input source to the output CV is beyond me.
