how can i put togheter audio and video tracks and save all as a video file ?

if you are on mac, try quicktime player. it can do a lot of things many people are not aware of.

adding tracks is a bit quirky, but possible: you´d use the clipboard (copy and paste) to copy the audio file (opened in QT player) into the video file (opened in QT player) using the "add to movie" function from the menu. this command merges the clipboard as new track into an open file.
