Authorisation servers down?
I'm unable to authorise max 6 - are the servers down or something? Inside the web browser it works, but in the authorise max application it just hangs and then says error. It's really urgent - if I can't authorise within the next hour or so I'm in huge trouble...

In the end I didn't really resolve this - I contacted support/tried a manual authorisation, but it took too long. I just about managed to get away with it, but it wasted half a day for me. I'd be curious if it was the servers - I had a pretty ropey internet connection, but I was able to load and browse websites, send emails etc, so I expect it may have been a glitch on c74s side. I do a lot of installation work, often with quite extreme time pressures, and I suppose this makes me vaguely worry about the moves to online authorisations.
