I made an autosave object. It saves your patch in definable time intervals and also keeps backup copies of prior versions. autosave needs the fscopy external and the createfolder external by Jasch for creating folders and removing old backups - so it's max5/osx only!

It works fine for me, please test it on some not so important patches before using it. No warranty for your patches or data loss is taken.
