bass cut/low cut filter

A very knowledgeable sound engineer recommended to add a bass cut and a limiter in a performance patch just in front of the dacs, in order to neither waste headroom for non-audible frequencies, neither waste the PA.

While there are many choices for the limiter part, I was wondering what the best implementation for the bass cut might be, in your opinion: just a biquad high-pass at 22Hz, or is a simpler/less expensive solution with onepole~ enough?
