What is the best codec for video?
I want to Vdjing in jitter ( 4 large Video )But my video is very jerk.

on balance, photo-jpeg. See the appendix A to the Jittter Tutorial
on Quicktime.

current consense is 75% quality photojpeg although I've been hearing
recently in other forums about apple intermediate codec. I have yet
to compare the 2, but plan on doing so soon. Try 'em both and see
what does better.

These are advices from 4 years ago. Perhaps someone can update them to 2011 specs?
