Bluetooth Phone to Serial obj
Recently I purchased a bluetooth bracelet
It has a tiny embedded lcd screen. When a call comes in the phone sends a number to the bracelet, it vibrates and displays the number.
I am trying to find out how the phone sends these commands so that I can send my own commands from max to show up on the bracelet.
If anyone knows what commands and ports cellphones use to send the calling number would be very helpful
I know that phones will accept AT commands, specific to the makers use of the commands.
but If this bracelet works with most phones, it must be a universal protocol.
so far I have it paired with my mac, it shows up as "BRACELET". It asks me if I would like to use this headset, if I say yes, it makes a new audio output device called BRACELET and will try to send audio to it.... but it is obviously not a headset, the bracelet makes no noise.
This tells me that the bracelet connects to a protocal usually assigned for the headset.
Now I need to know what commands are sent to a headset when it rings?
thanks

Hello, did you get anything?
Could you pair a bluetooth phone with your Mac and see what messages it sends to Max when it rings?
