is it normal that ubumenu and LCD figures out as bogus in collectives and standalone patches, if loaded inside a bpatcher?

I don't know if this is a know bug, but it seems to me a really weird problem!

I've tried to reinstall Max, but nothing different happens...

I'm on PPC G4 with Tiger and MaxMSP 4.6.3
