bpm to groove~ formula

I need to sync the groove~ object to max4live's bpm.. what would be the formula please?

Try looking at 'plugsync~' it should do the trick.

Thanks for the hint. Plugsync~ gives bpm values but the formula is still missing..

The speed signal can be calculated as 'actual bpm' divided by 'normal bpm'.

Where actual is the tempo of your set and real the tempo of your sound loop ? I don't get it.

'normal bpm' is the original tempo of the sample stored in the referenced buffer. For example in Live, a sample (audio clip) plays at original tempo if the Warp switch is off.
