Broadcasting - video from Max !

I'm looking for a real time video broadcasting solution.
I want to share on local network videos from Max to smartphone.
If possible, differents vidéos for each client.
Webrtc is not support by all browser, so it's not the good choise at this Time.
What about nodejs ?
What are yours suggestions, ideas, solutions ?
