buffer error with drop file buffer~: cannot open parser for this file
When i just drop "aif" file, i got error. "wav" is no error.

When i drop wav file , i got symbol.
Is this error reason ？
the reason is the <space> character in the filename ("arundel nave")
no symbol == it will try to load "nave".
(first picture is a symbol, too!)

"wav" is no error. if there is space.
I got error with "aif" data without space.
And i use windows 11 .
try to replace same file without dropfile
using replace message & dialog.
or open it with sfplay~ or even media player to be sure file is ok.
I tried open aif file with sfplay~ .And got error.
So is this file problem?
And this file is from Abelton pack , and in abelton i could use it . So this file is only use in abelton ?
I am not Live user for many reasons, but remember that some samples from Live packs are copy protected, mans are not real aif files but some encoded format only live can cope with.
You can try to open it with any other audio player, or even with hex editor to look for valid aif header in the code.
