I am working with the buffer~ object to trigger short samples in a rhythmic fashion. However an issue I am having is that if I quickly retrigger the sample before it is done playing I get a pop. I imagine this is probably from the fact that when I retrigger it mid sample the amplitude value is not zero so it pops as it returns to the 0 starting place (hope that makes sense).
Does anyone have a solution for creating a one voice (monophonic) buffer that does not pop when quickly retriggering?
