bugreport: bpatcher "new view of..."-window appears beyond screen range

hi folks,

repetitively and throughout many different projects and patches, i have been experiencing a bug
when viewing the content of an embedded or non-embedded bpatcher: the bpatcher's window
seems to appear *outside* of my visible screen range (on my iMac).

hitting the F3 key (keycommand to view all windows on Mac OS) proves that the bpatcher content / window is actually open, only not accessible due to the above.

my only workaround in order to get to see these windows as for

an embedded patcher:
1) "new patcher with contents of embedded patcher"
2) close bpatcher window
3) re-open via "new view of..."

a non-embedded patcher:
1) "open original ..."
2) re-save the bpatcher / original
3) re-open via "new view of ..."

i am running MAX 7.0.1 edit: MAX 7.0.5 on a 27" iMac / OS 10.10.1 edit: OS 10.10.5 Yosemite
any clue?
