C function that reads the name of a text file

Hi,

I would like to read the file name of some text files, like the patch file that I have attached, then to add the name to a variable "name_file".

Next I would like to create a C function that reads this variable of the message - the name of the file. Then I would like to compare this name with another name and check if it is the same of not.

Does anyone have any ideas or can guide me how to do it?
