I'm working on a system with a friend that wirelessly plays audio files. The audio files are located on a laptop max patch and are sent to the C74 app installed on a number of ipod touch units; the max patch triggers the files and the ipod touch units play them. We seem to have hit a wall in terms of file size... anything above approx. 4mb and the C74 apps crash or the files dont play. We want to be able to play much larger files this way and think this could be a limitation built into the C74 app. Any ideas on what is causing this? Is this a C74 limitation or is it likely to be the wireless/memory capability of a 3rd gen ipod touch? Has anyone found a way around this problem...?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
