Can I play an LCD screen on a jit.window?

I'm pretty new to max so I don't really know if what I'm trying is the best way to overcome my problem. What I'm basically trying to do is toggle between three different "videos"; two jitter videos, and one boidroids effect on an LCD screen. (Does that even make sense?..) Well I can get the two jitter videos on their own jit.window and toggle between each one's fullscreen mode to create this effect, but the problem is that I can't attach a chord from the LCD screen to a jit.window.. Can I convert the LCD screen into something useful or is there another way to go about this?.. HELP PLZ!

i would recommend you use jit.lcd instead of lcd.

the old lcd object is from the pre-jitter max era... and so it doesnt support sending a jitter matrix for jit.window.

ok.. where do I insert that in my patch though?

you will need to replace lcd (window) with jit.lcd which can then be connected to a jit.window...
if you havent used jitter before, i recommend you look through relevant tutorials.

some of the commands used in lcd will work on jit.lcd, but others wont (altho there is usually an equivalent).
