can the jxs wrapper use sample2DShadow?

Today is the request day, for sure.
I am trying to write a shadow map shader. I am using an extremely simple code which include the use of sampler2DShadow+shadow2DProj. When I start the patch it doesn't work in spite that the Max window doesn't throw any error. I experienced a similar behavior with the use of sampler2D(for environmental mapping). I tried the patch with the Shader Builder and QC and seems to work properly. I am starting to have a taboo with jitter and the texture mappings.
Can a charitable soul give me light about the use of sampler2D and sample2DShadow within the jxs wrapper?.
