I'm trying to get cartesian to polar coordinate conversion of a complex number with max.

I know the right inlet of cartopol should be an "imaginary part" (see help). But this object seems to not calculate complex numbers because if I put a negative number into the right inlet, the left out is positive (because of the square root which seems to not calculate the right inlet as imaginary number).
