CD audio cda support for windows ?

Hello there!

I have been looking for a solution to get audio from CD audio on windows. I always have been working on a mac and for myself, so I never realized that it's very difficult to obtain any data from a cd audio disk on Max since all it's getting is .cda files.

I know about the existance of the fe.cda.py object that adds that support, but it's an external that depends on other external applications and a 2.4 python installation.

I have to distribute my build being sure that I don't have to force people to install more than the app (and python if I really have to).
Isn't there any chance to get this easily?
