is there a way to change all (e.g. border-, and text)colors of a certain type of object

within a patcher + within all its sub-/bpatchers? the only way i can think of is placing a [universal] object everywhere and sending changes to it via a global send.

Actually I have the same question. Is there any answer to that? Maybe a script?
