Changing Vector Size ?
Is there some way to have a different vector size then 64 within max for live ? Im trying to set a poly~ to higher vector sizes but it isn't working. And whatever I do in the live settings, I always get a vector size 64 from dspstate~ in an empty patch, even when the Live vector size is larger.
I now found out that it only happens when you go above 64 ? Is this the maximum blocksize for M4L polys ?
is there an answer here: is max for live always at 64 vector size? (this seems to be what I am seeing. The buffer size in Live does not affect this)
It seems Max for Live its fixed to 64 samples (https://www.packtpub.com/hardware-and-creative/multimedia-programming-using-maxmsp-and-touchdesigner).
Max for Live limitations online doc states that "If Max and MSP are authorized when editing a Live device, Max windows that are not a part of the Live device will use the regular Max audio drivers".
Does this means that that whenever the user owns both licences M4L devices are enable with Max audio drivers, i.e. vector size > 64x ?
