Chinese Max/MSP forum

I am trying to organize a Chinese forum for Max/MSP, pluggo, and Jitter. If you know any Chinese friends who are interested in Max/MSP, interactive music and interactive arts, please let them know there is a Chinese forum available for them.

If you know Chinese and Max/MSP, please also contribute to the new forum.

PS:The forum is in traditional Chinese character but can show simple Chinese character without problem.

I speak well Chinese once it has been translated in English. mm...
ok, a bit more seriously, I know some Chinese students who may be
interested. I'll let them know about it.

i already sent the announce to a couple of chinese friends.
It would be great to somehow create a bridge between chinese users ( who are not necessarely fluent in english and are coming up with certainly great ideas, approaches and solutions ) and non chinese speaking users .
same thing goes for japanese users, there are a lot of ressources in japanese that are not translated .
it is just an idea i am throwing out there with no concrete solutions. i am personnally fascinated how Max evolves and travells among different cultures and societies. The last "URGENT " thread gathering 69 international posts debating/joking on language is a nice little example of it....

i'm currently living in beijing for a little while.
you should post this at the dorkbotBJ list http://www.dorkbot.org/dorkbotbj/
some maxers there.
you say you use traditional charachters, are you from taiwan?
do you know dajun yao? he would be interested in spreading this around.
if you make an invitaion mail in english and chinese, my chinese is pretty bad, i'll also send it to the people of the beijing conservatory and beida university.

各位電腦音樂界的朋友，您好：

科技音樂與藝術的新潮流與技術層面的知識，不僅增加了創作的外在形式，也對於創作者的作品本身產生關鍵性的影響，
就好比是傳統作曲所用到的配器法、管弦樂法一樣的重要，
不同的是其日新月異的腳步，使得新媒體的創作者需要不斷的交流與學習。

華文第一個max/msp的論壇，也是唯一的一個以max/msp, jitter, pluggo 為主的中文論壇已經成立，
希望能藉由發達的網路，把對這個軟體有興趣的人都集合起來，互相交流，
並讓影像藝術工作者也有機會透過討論區得以和藝術音樂創作者共同合作的管道。
目前已經有二十個人左右登入為討論區會員，多半為視頻的年輕研究者，
不過討論區網站還在宣傳當中，期待陸陸續續有更多的人加入，才能使科技音樂與藝術的討論更為活躍。
目前還沒有甚麼文章就是了，希望各位可以分享您的電腦音樂相關之心得或學習經驗。

PS：如果您還不認識這個軟體，簡而言之，它對於電腦音樂作曲的影響可以有下列幾點：

1. 解決以往電子媒體或聲音檔案和器樂演奏者同步的問題（例如：可以輕易透過MIDI踏板、聲音的各種偵測來觸發聲音檔案等）。

2. 製作商用音樂軟體所沒有提供的聲音處理工具或軟體樂器。

3. 即時回饋之互動音樂演奏控制。

4. 即時影音的結合與互動。
